Some of us are sitting now more than ever. In this video I've demonstrated 5 things you can do to combat the negative effects of sitting. I've listed them below, but you should watch the video for a complete demonstration (and to see a special guest cameo at the end!).
1. Stand Up
Create a desk that you can use while standing.
2. Squat and Reach
This exercise will make your legs stronger and get your upper body more mobile.
This stretch/exercise is great for combating bad posture!
4. Sit on a Physioball
Replace your chair with a physioball.
5. Go on a Walk
Get outside, move your body and get some fresh air!
